So who's Alasdair Gillis?
If you ever watched the Canadian television show You Can't Do That On Television, which aired on the cable network Nickelodeon during most of the 1980's and early 90's, you've definitely seen Alasdair.

Alasdair Murray Gillis was born April 6th, 1971. He joined YCDTOTV in 1982. His very first day on the show was his eleventh birthday.
He stayed with YCDTOTV until it went on hiatus after the 1986 season, eventually hosting after Christine McGlade left, and becoming one of the show's most popular kids.

One of the first episodes that featured Alasdair was about bullies. Being the smallest boy in the cast at the time must have had its advantages. He got to be a bully to all the other kids for the entire show! Here he is after trying to get Brodie Osome to make fun of his sailor suit, so Al has an excuse to beat him up. Luckily Kevin knew what was up Alasdair's sleeve!
