* 1 oz of Bullion hops (bittering), in boil 45 Min
* 2 Limes, cut into wedges and ground in a blender
(peels included) in

* 1 tsp. of Irish Moss, in boil 15 Min
* 1 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker (German) hops
(finishing) in boil 5 Min
* European Ale Yeast (Liquid)
Total boil 60 Minutes, 2 stage fermentation in glass
(1 week primary, 3
weeks minimum in secondary), keg or bottle.
If kegging, wait at least another
week before drinking. I have
never bottled this recipe so your guess is as
good as mine in aging
the beer for natural carbonation, but I think I would
wait at least
15 days or more, and don't forget the priming sugar if you are
bottling!!
