Chocolate-Covered Strawberry
1 oz Strawberry Schnapps
1/4 oz Creme de Cacao (white)
1/2 oz Cream
Stir with ice and serve over ice in red wine glass. Garnish with a fresh
strawberry.
CHOCOBERRY SPLASH
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cold milk
3 tablespoons frozen strawberries with syrup, thawed
2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream plus 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons club soda
Crushed ice
Instructions: 1. Into blender container, place milk, strawberries, syrup and 2
tablespoons ice cream. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth.
2. Pour into tall glass filled with ice. Add club soda; stir. Top
with scoop of ice cream; garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
Serve immediately. One 12-ounce serving.
VARIATIONS: Substitute the following fruits for the frozen
strawberries: FRESH STRAWBERRY SPLASH: 1/4 cup sweetened fresh strawberries PEACH SPLASH: 1/3 cup canned peach slices or pieces, or 1/2 peeled
fresh peach. PINEAPPLE SPLASH: 2 slices canned or 1/4 cup crushed pineapple. RASPBERRY SPLASH: 3 tablespoons frozen raspberries with syrup,
thawed.
CHOCO-STRAWBERRY COOLER
Prep Time: 5 min.
Start to Finish: 5 min.
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
3/4 cup cold nonfat milk
1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Lite Syrup or HERSHEY'S Syrup
1/4 cup vanilla low-fat ice cream
2 tablespoons club soda
Instructions:
1. Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. 2. In blender container, place all ingredients except club soda. Cover; blend until smooth. 3. For each serving, pour into glass over ice; add club soda. Serve immediately. Two 6-ounce servings.
VARIATIONS:
Substitute any of the following for strawberries: -
-1/3 cup drained canned peach slices
-3 tablespoons frozen raspberries
-2 pineapple slices or 1/4 cup drained crushed canned pineapple
Sparkling Strawberry Mimosa
2 oz Frozen Sliced Strawberries in Syrup
2 oz Orange Juice
4 oz Chilled Champagne
Blend sliced berries and juice until smooth. Pour over ice into parfait
glass. Fill with champagne and garnish with a whole
strawberry and an orange slice.
Strawberries and Cream
1 oz Strawberry Schnapps
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
2 oz Half and Half
2 whole Strawberries
Blend ingredients except strawberries with 2 cups crushed ice at high
speed. Add strawberries and blend for 10 seconds.
Serve in a parfait glass with a straw and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Strawberry Alexander
5 oz Frozen Sliced Strawberries in Syrup
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 oz Cream de Cacao (white)
1 oz Brandy
Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into stemmed glass. Top with sweetened
whipped cream and garnish with chocolate
curls. Serve with a straw and spoon.
Strawberry Banana Spritz
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Strawberries, Fresh or Frozen
1 cup Creme de Banana
10 oz Club Soda
Blend ingredients until smooth. Serve in parfait glasses garnished with
whole strawberries. Makes 4-6 servings.
Strawberry Dawn
1 oz Gin
1 oz Cream of Coconut
4 whole Strawberries or 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
Blend ingredients with 1 cup ice at high speed. Serve in a cocktail glass
garnished with a strawberry slice and a mint
sprig.
Strawberry Shortcake
1 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Creme de Cacao (white)
3 oz Strawberries in Syrup
5 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend ingredients until smooth. Serve in over-sized red-wine glass topped
with whipped cream and garnished with a fresh
strawberry.
Death By Chocolate
1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao (brown)
1/2 oz Vodka
1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
Blend with 1 cup crushed ice until smooth. Pour into parfait glass and
garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
Serve with a straw.
Choco-Banana Smash
1 1/4 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
1/4 oz Vanilla Extract
1/2 oz Light Cream
1/2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 Medium Banana
Blend with small scoop of crushed ice until smooth. Pour into parfait
glass. Garnish with a cherry and 1-inch banana slice
on a cocktail pick. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Chocolate Almond Cream
1 qt Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup Amaretto
1/2 cup Creme de Cacao (white)
Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into parfait glass and garnish with
shaved chocolate. Makes 4-6 servings.
Strawberry Fields Forever
2 oz Strawberry Schnapps
1/2 oz Brandy
Club Soda
Pour over ice in highball glass. Fill with club soda. Garnish with a fresh
strawberry.
Strawberry Sunrise
2 oz Strawberry Schnapps
1/2 oz Grenadine
Orange Juice
Pour over ice in highball glass. Fill with orange juice. Garnish with a
fresh strawberry.
Strawberry Margarita
2 parts tequila 1 part triple sec 4 parts sour mix 1/2
cup fresh strawberries blend, serve in exotic
