The Stress Diet
This diet is designed to help you cope with the stress that builds up
during the day
and improve your general well being.
BREAKFAST
1/2 Grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast, dry
8 oz. skim milk
LUNCH
4 oz. lean broiled chicken breast
1 cup steamed spinach
1 cup herb tea
1 Oreo cookie
MIDAFTERNOON SNACK
Rest of package of Oreo cookies
2 pints rocky road ice cream
1 jar hot fudge sauce nuts, cherries
and whipped cream to garnish
DINNER
2 loaves garlic bread
1 Large Pizza with sausage, mushrooms and double cheese
4 cans or 1 large pitcher of beer
3 candy bars (choice of Milky Way or Snickers)
LATE EVENING BEDTIME SNACK
Frozen cheesecake straight from freezer (whole)
DIETARY RULES:
1. If you eat something and no one sees you, it has no calories.
2. If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, the diet soda cancels
the calories from the candy.
3. When you eat with someone else, calories don't count if you do
not eat more than they do.
4. Foods used for medicinal purposes never count. Such as: Hot
chocolate, brandy, toast and Sara Lee Cheesecake.
5. Movie related foods (buttered popcorn, milk duds, etc.) do not
have additional calories because they are part of the whole
entertainment package and are not considered personal fuel.
6. Cookie pieces contain NO calories. The breakage causes the
calories to leak out.
7. Things licked off spoons or knives have no calories.
Example: peanut butter when making sandwiches and ice cream when
making sundaes.
8. Foods of the same color have the same calories, such as Spinach
and Pistachio Ice cream; Mushrooms and white chocolate.
NOTE: Chocolate is a universal color and may be substituted for any
other food color.
I DIDN'T say you would lose WEIGHT, I said you would lose STRESS.
