Camp Drake 1998
If you hung out at Camp Drake, these pictures will be a bit depressing. They were taken in 1998, years after all the troops had left it to the Japanese Defense Forces. It looks like something Indiana Jones would explore, and he'd find The Lost Tribe of Dependents, holed up in some secret underground cavern, refusing to believe the Americans had left Japan. Oh, well! Since I never hung out at Camp Drake, they're just pictures of a worn-out, neglected old base to me, and there are plenty of them Stateside to look at and get depressed!

Isn't it creepy looking at all that emptiness? The wake will be held at McGinty's Tavern. | ||
