1. You will need to sign the guestbook so I know that you actually spent some time looking at our pages and not just applying for the award. If I do not see your signature in one of the guestbooks...I will assume you did not read the rules and will delete the application. We also have a backup guestbook on our main page that you can use if the above one is not working.

2. Your site must be child and animal friendly(no animal abuse) and have no porn, nudity, etc.

3. You will need to fill out the form below. If you have problems with forms and cannot send them...you may send an email with all the information you would have supplied in the form. We will visit your site as soon as possible. Awards will be given by e-mail.
