Angel of Love
Love is the most powerful force in the universe; when we feel love, we are complete, joyous and invincible. We are all children of God, and as such, are angels of love. So why then is love so elusive to so many of us? Why do we search outside ourselves to find this wonderful source of power and light, and why is it so misused and misunderstood?
Well, my Children of Love, it is time to remember that we are all angels. As infants and young children we knew all about the safe, secure, heavenly feelings of Love. We were nurtured by our earthly parents and our Celestial Guardian Angels. It was truly a blissful time which gradually faded away as we became more aware of our worldly surroundings. Everyday life became a distraction which unfortunately pulled us away from our angelic friends and our true identities as angels of love.
Returning to our original angelic selves and being filled with God-love presences will create our natural state of being. We can do this by remembering that blissful time again, by reawakening the fountain of love in ourselves.
Love can be ours once we believe we deserve it and we open our hearts again. To attract love to us, and to love others, it is essential to love ourselves. Self-love is the key to achieving happiness and reconnecting to our angelic presence. Even Jesus said, "Love thy neighbor as thyself." When each of us is able to fill ourselves with love, the overflow will spread to those around us. The love becomes who we are, we attract love into our lives, and people will be drawn to our celestial energy.
To love ourselves we must begin to treat ourselves as angelic infants. The care and love we have for babies and young children suggests how we can treat ourselves. We forgive our children, we allow them to grow and we nurture them. We are able to see the loving angel in them, no matter how much they test us. We love them unconditionally. It is time to see the angelic infant in ourselves, to demonstrate that we are children of love by forgiving ourselves, nurturing ourselves and taking the time to feel our inner emotions. As we begin to feel and remember our own love and see ourselves as angels, it will be easier to see the angelic child in each other. This simple process can help turn our planet into a celestial paradise filled with angels loving themselves and each other.
