Who Are Our Nearest Angels?
There are those who are very special to each of us -- maybe not throughout our lives, maybe not for very long, maybe only in passing. But they make up the most beloved and cherished group we each have. These are our nearest angels, and as things turn out, often we are theirs too.
Even if most of us haven't been blessed with visions, visitations or even dreams of holy angels, we must not think for a moment they have forgotten about us or gone away. It is our seeking that will first reveal angelic presences in others, and within ourselves. Then, one day, when we have really learned to fly in our own lives, we will find legions of these heavenly friends at our side so that together we can help others.
We've never had to look far to find our angels. Angels have never really been out of reach. We can always discover angels from the inside-out, because it is the angel inside us who can point the way to all our other angels.
Angels have more meaning than just as characters in stories from the distant past. In fact, they are members of a cast who make appearances in our lives every single day.
