Dr. Ventura is interested in using education to inform and help develop a positive dialogue about environmental health issues. It is important that we create a positive presentation about environmental health issues and NOT simply stress doom and gloom issues.
There is no question that many are concerned about major issues affecting our world (loss of rainforests, pollution, trees, oil, etc).
How much do we hear about the positive influences many individuals and communities have exerted in their environments. Perhaps, like the nightly news, positive news is not stressed.
Dr. Ventura will use his site at GeoCities to present information which,- hopefully, many will find helpful- and will lead to more open discussions on issues.
It is important to question and demand information in order to make decisions that affect our health and well being.
If we are informed - we will support - and positive changes are inevitable.
