Dr. Peter Moscow

Born in Dublin, Ireland, Dr. Peter Moscow attended Trinity College, Dublin and received Bachelor's,
Moderatorship & Master's degrees in Philosophy, Philosophy of Science, Mathematical Logic & Ethics.
He trained for three years with Dr Roy Ogden, D.O., O.B.E., in all aspects of holistic health practice.

During that period he also began the study of Radionics & Psychotronics which eventually led to his
qualification as a practitioner member of the Dela Warr Society of Radionics ( MDSRad ) in England.
He was a founding member of the Society for Psychical and Spiritual Studies in Dublin which became
the leading association devoted to public education in the New Sciences & Healing Arts.

In 1976 Dr Moscow moved to Louisville Kentucky. He taught for a couple of years as a lecturer
in the University of Louisville  while preparing to open his clinical wellness practice in 1980
-- Holistic Philosophy Consultants Ltd. -- which also has offices in England and Cyprus under
the direction of his partner Brian Richards M.D.

Dr Moscow received his Ph.D., in Hypnotherapy from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy,
Anaheim, California . He has dealt with" UFO abductee" regression cases since the mid-eighties
as well as very complicated " possession" and "demonic-like" cases in his general practice.
He is a consultant member of MUFON.

Dr Moscow currently serves as President of the United States Psychotronics Association which is
one of the longest standing groups devoted to the scientific study of the principles and
technologies involved with Mind/Matter interactions.

He has appeared on four episodes of Sightings, one of Encounters and organized the production of an
"Unsolved Mysteries" episode in Louisville KY which featured the world renowned Medium Artist,
Coral Polge.  Dr Moscow also appears on the Stew Williams morning show every Friday
at 7:08 am on WWKY 790 AM.

Dr Moscow will present a talk entitled "The UFO Abductee Experience: Sorting out Fact from
Fiction" The presentation will deal with the difficulties in trying to establish the objectivity of
abduction experiences from the therapist's standpoint. Methods from paranormal research will
be suggested as techniques that can prove to be very useful.
