This is part of an email I received:The prayer is known here as the "Prayer of Saint Patrick", although I don't know if he actually composed it or not. I live in a place called Templepatrick, which is supposed to be one of Saint Patrick's most famous stopping off places when he was in Ireland. consequently there's a large "Saint Patrick" influence in the area and his prayer can frequently be found above the fireplace in many homes around here. |
