Conditions for Using Free Theme Sets
Well, as with everything in life, there are some rules here. I have created these graphics to be used for free, so I think the least I should expect in return is for people to respect my work. Please READ and FOLLOW the terms of use for my graphic sets outlined below. If you don't want to or don't feel that you should honor my work and follow the terms of use, please do us all a favor and LEAVE NOW. I have put these graphics on the web for people to use because I enjoy making graphics and don't have use for all of them myself. But, if my work is continually being disrespected I will not hesitate to remove the collection without notice. The rules are easy to follow and nothing I'm sure you haven't heard before. Thank you.
TERMS OF USE
1) These graphics are free to use on your PERSONAL web pages. Commercial users can contact me at A.Arce@ix.netcom.com to discuss usage of my graphics. A commercial user is anyone who will profit from these graphics in any way, shape, or form. Afterall, I'm the one who spent my time and effort making them and I'm not profiting from them, so why should you?!
2) If your page contains any pornography, vulgar content, or anything that would be considered offensive to the vast majority of web users......DON'T USE MY GRAPHICS!
3) DO NOT alter these graphics in any way, this includes merging, resizing, coloring, cutting, pasting, or any other form of mutilating them. The ONLY exception to this is personalizing the blank buttons. If you require other alterations, please contact me and we'll see what we can work out.
4) DO NOT include these graphics in any collections without my written permission.
5) These graphics are NOT freeware, they are what is called "linkware". This means that by using the graphics on your pages, you are agreeing to place a link back to "Graphics by Sheri" on the same page that the graphics appear on.
6)Your use of these graphics does not in any way constitute a transfer of copyright. I maintain exclusive copyright to all the graphics and am simply "lending" them to you on the terms that you follow these terms of use.
7)I maintain the right to change these terms of use at any time without notice. Your use of these graphics is under the impression that you will follow the current terms listed here, not the terms as they were when you downloaded the grpahics.
8)DO NOT use the graphics I use to create my own pages, only the graphics offered in the Free Theme Sets section of this page are free to use.
9) Lastly, but certainly not least, DO NOT link to these graphics. You must download them and place them on your own server. I will periodically move the graphics around to discourage this practice.
