Requirement #1
That you have a homepage with GeoCities. If you don't, get one here!
Requirement #2
That your GeoCities homepage meet all of the
rules set by GeoCities. If your page does not meet these rules, your site will not be entered into the ring.
Requirement #3
That your site be completely frame-free. Hence the name of the web ring. Again, if your site has any frames, it will not be added to the ring.
Requirement #4
That you sign up for the webring, and fill out all of the fields about your site.
