I have received a package of pictures that we believe might be family

members or friends of family members we have not been able to locate.

The photos of Edwina Peddicord and Carrie Townsend look to be taken

at the old water falls behind the papermill in Ellicott City, Baltimore

County, MD. I do know that my grandmother used to work at mill in downtown

Ellicott City. I am interested in finding out any information on these

pictures and about 14 more that I have not put on the web yet.



The names listed below are exactly as they appear on the back of each

photograph. Each photo is attached to a cardboard backing. There

are no dates on the photos, so time the pictures were taken are not known.



Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Found on a 1953 funeral register for Hannah Munroe, the following:

Mrs. Howard Proctor, 1619 E. Joppa Road, Towson (Mamie Popp). 

Maybe the same person??
