San Francisco was becoming the center of the universe;
And the youth were storming to the city by the bay:
The strangers you see were no longer strangers;
But the brave new friends you were finding, had new ways:
The word friend took on new meaning...it was a time of no strangers...acceptance was just for "being".
You shared food, clothes, speed and weed, beds, floors, and lots of laughter! "Smiles by the miles", as the movement grew!
All of us old hippy friends have wrinkled on the outside, but not on the inside! The best friend is a hippy!
