Yes, I am obsessed by photography and by photographing.

 

After doing it with passion for over twenty years, one might think I might tire of it. Not true!

 

 

The best photographs are gifts. How else can one account for the fact that some are so much better than others? Much better.


I do not see photography as a process of picking out the subject and then photographing it (that could reduce photography to an exercise in technique).

 

Photography is a process of discovering
what the subject might be.

 

Good photographs are about something. They are not mere records of something. In fact, as records,
photographs fail more often, than not.
