Timeline
by: Michael Crichton

Who said stories about time travel were dead? Crichton brings it back with style! A group of anthropologists are sent back in time to rescue their friend professor Johnston. Knights in shining armor, lords and ladies, and 14th century France! As the technicians work in the present to bring them all home safely, some of the group must suit up with sword and shield to defend their very lives. This great mix of science, history, and edge of your seat plot twists will make you come away from this story a believer in time travel. -(H.G.)

Necroscope
by: Brian Lumley
Have you ever wondered if the dead can talk ? Let Brian Lumley tell you a tale, about one man the dead look forward to talking to, and one that even the dead fear. It is a tale of vampires, a tale of good vs. evil, and a tale about the dead. This is the first book of a five book series. Following this book are: "Vamphyri!", "The Source", "Deadspeak", and "Deadspawn". However, "Necroscope" can stand alone as a great horror story. - (H.G.)

Necroscope2: Vamphyri!
by: Brian Lumley

The second book of the Necroscope series. With one serious vampire threat removed from the world, what was there to fear? It's spawn! An exciting continuation from a master of horror. Lumley knows how to write a good story complete as a stand alone, yet fitting so perfectly into his terrifying series. - (H.G)

Necroscope3: The Source
by: Brian Lumley

The final book in the original Necroscope series. Battling vampires in this world is no easy task, but now our hero must journey to another realm where vampires are Lords of the land to discover the source of the evil. Lumley thrusts us into a nightmare world where the final battle must keep the vampires from using a secret gate into our world. You may guess the ending but you will never guess who aids the victors in a bloody fight under a blazing sun! Excellent finish to the trilogy!! - (H.G)

Night of the Living Dead
by: John Russo

You may have seen the movie, or one of it's sequels, but you have to read the original story as told by John Russo. The classic zombies come alive in this tale of the unexplained, where the bodies of dead people are reanimated and hunger for living flesh. Even if you've never heard of the "Living Dead" before, you'll enjoy this horrorific tale. -(H.G.)

The Princess Bride
by: William Goldman

This is a fun book to read. If you've seen the movie or not, Goldman's story telling is a great way to lighten your mind, with sword fights, magic, love, pain, revenge, good guys, and bad guys. It has funny notations through-out that make the telling of the story much more enjoyable. For those of you who have seen the movie, you are in for a few surprises. If you've never heard of "The Princess Bride" before, this is a good place to start. Very enjoyable! - (H.G)

The Stand
by: Stephen King

I finally finished this great novel, and it is one of the longest novels I have ever read. Absolutely worth every minute! The complete and uncut edition of "The Stand" is definitely one of the best books by the master of horror. The battle between good and evil played out across a plague ridden America. There was a great deal of detail that was cut out of the movie for time's sake. Most of that detail (which now appears in these pages) makes the story even better. -(H.G.)
