Rebby Sharp in another band??
Will wonders never cease??

Rebby Sharp is already known to most longtime Richmond, Va. scene-sters from such
fantastic musical acts as The Ululating Mummies and Rattlemouth, among others.
The U.H.O.M. String Band may be a wee bit of a departure from her earlier styles but, hey,
if nothing ever changed, where would we be? Don't answer that.

Rebby and company really put on an excellent performance at the July 11, 1997 barn dance.
There was plenty of stompin going on, and grins were seen on all in attendance. This 3 piece
outfit played REAL traditional country and old time on banjo, fiddle, and guitar. The vocals
were great, and the lack of percussion was not missed 'cuz of all that boot leather picking up
on the stage mikes.
