MOST LIKELY NOT. I ONCE SAW THE TEA MUG IN SOMEONES OFFICE - I'VENEVER HEARD ABOUT THE FLASHLIGHT. THOSE ITEMS WERE MADE BY THE REC. COMPANY AS PROMOTION ITEMS TO PUSH AND PROMOTE THE SALES JUST AROUND A RELEASE WHICH IS KIND OF NORMAL, AND UNLESS YOU A BAND THE SIZE OF KISS IT IS HARD TO FIND RETAIL OUTLET'S WHO WILL CARRY THOSE ITEMS - AND NO MAIL ORDER WILL EITHER.

5. I've heard some stuff from Snowy Shaw's new band Notre Dame and I was amazed. Do you think King could make a kinda duet or whatever with them?

6. Since the departure of guitarist Glen Drover, do you think Pete Blakk could come back, just like Hal Patino did?

Anyway, I've heard Hal and Pete were very close.

I guess it would be really cool 'cause King's videos are really wonderful (especially Welcome Home and Sleepless Nights).

NOT REALLY - HAVEN'T HEARD ANY FACTS ONLY 'TALK' BUT IT SEEMS LIKE IT'S STILL GOING TO HAPPEN.

Man the last show here in Detroit still has me jacked!!  I suggest keeping St.Andrews as a venue as it seemed to definatly draw in the true King fans! And if this is what the touring was/is in total, you/they all deserve a good long rest!  It was awesome to hear so many playlists...most bands will play the new music, maybe a few "hits" and take off.  But in the case of our beloved King and Band, they played what 20 some songs?  Anyway, my question : Are there any plans to release another live album, perhaps of this tour? Dressed in White live was amazing and I'm dying to hear it live again.

A few years back KD and MF concerts were not open to all ages. Now they are. That's absolutely great because not all of King's fans were alive when he started more than 20 years ago. 1. House of god kicked some major but, but i missed the tour. I Know that theres gonna be another King Diamond album next, so my question is. When is the new album due, and when will the tour start?

2. Is the next King Diamond album a concept album?

3. I know that King Diamond always plays in San antonio, TX. I'M from McAllen TX, which is basically on the border of south texas, I know Mercyful Fate played here years ago. Since then , the metal scene has been pretty strong bringing bands such as Pantera, Megadeth, Danzig, Is it possible that King Diamond might come down?

5. Is it true that Mcfarlane toys is going to make a King Diamond Figure?

IT HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED YET, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT SO DON'T HESITATE TO MAKE INQUIERIES TO THEM, IT COULD FURTHER THE CASE.

6. I recently saw Iron Maiden, Queensryche, and Rob Halford. It was an awsome tour. My only complaint is that i would have Loved to see King Diamond instead of Queensryche. Imagine That : Maiden, King Diamond , and Rob Halford. I would die to see that.  Whats ur opinion?

1.  Why was "The Spider's Lullabye" not a full concept album, but done in the style of "Fatal Potrait"?

I REALLY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT WHY KING WRITE THE SONGS / LYRICS THE WAY HE DOES. THAT'S THE CREATIVENESS OF AN ARTIST WHICH OTHR PEOPLE MAY NEVER UNDERSTAND.

2.  Has King ever or will tour South Korea/Japan.  I know for a fact that King has a big following in these countries.

3.  On the 2000 U.S. "House of God" tour, there was an opening band called DEEP.  I heard that they were from Texas and King personally choose them to be on the tour.  Is this true?  Thanx!

IT IS CORRECT THAT THEY ARE FROM TEXAS BUT NO BANDS HAVE RECENTLY BEEN CHOSEN PERSONALLY BY KING. IT IS USUALLY A PROCESS BETWEEN AGENTS AND MANAGERS - BUT KING HAVE OF COURSE APPROVED OF ALL BANDS ON THE TOURS.

WELL NOTHING UNUSUAL HERE, SORRY. WE EAT AT THE SAME PLACES AS EVERYONE ELSE.  EVERY PERSON HAVE THEIR OWN FAVOURITES AND NOBODY EAT ANYTHING HE DON'T LIKE.

Hello Ole. I'm from Poland and I've got a question for you about King's Europe-tour. When he'll be in Poland - will he by only in Krakow, or in other cities too (Warsaw). I read, that he'll be in Warsaw (some time ago on www.rockmetal.art.pl) - so I'm wondering if he really would or wouldn't come to my city.

UNFORTUNATELY WARSAW IS NOT PART OF OUR EUROPE TOUR. WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET BACK THERE, BUT THE TOUR ROUTE DID NOT FIT WITH THE POSSIBILITIES. AS YOU WILL SEE, WE'RE TRAVELLING SOUTH, AND IT WOULD BE IMPOSIBLE TO MAKE THE TRAVEL NORTH TO WARSAW AND THEN BACK SOTH AGAIN, WITHOUT SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME AND FUEL.

PROBABLY OUR 1990 EUROPE TOUR - WE HAD CANDLEMASS AND SAVATAGE OPENING FOR US AND THE TOUR WAS WITH FULL SOUND, LIGHT AND CATERING COVERING MOST OF EUROPE. THE 2001 EUROPE TOUR WILL BE OF ALMOST SIMILAR SIZE, AND COMPARABLE TO THE RECENT US TOUR IN LENGTH.

There is a big demand for King Diamond merchandise. People are paying top dollar for shirts , Lps, etc on ebay... and i think its due to the fact that it is very tough to find King Diamond Merchandise. Is it possible that someone could address this to the King?

NO. TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE THERE WERE NEVER RECORDED ANY SUCH SONGS. THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN WORKING TITLES BUT UNLESS KINGHAVE MENTIONED THOSE TITLES IN AN INTERVIEW I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT WHERE THESE COMES FROM.

WELL, GIVEN THE FACT THAT MONEY IS A PART OF ANY BUSINESS IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO STUDY ON ACCOUNTING.  LEGAL ISSUES IS ANOTHER MAJOR PART (music law ) UNDER WHICH. COPYRIGHT (legal right) IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PART.

IT'S A BAND & MANAGEMENT DECISION. RECORD COMPANIES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TOURS.

I heard mention more than once last tour about "not enough hands" why such the lack of support?

In an interview in Metal Maniacs magazine King speaks of his belief that God was created in man's image, instead of the other way around. He says that religions only ever talk of God in ways that human beings can understand (obviously because they were created by human beings), and that they therefore hold no meaning for other "animals" as such. He also asks the question "might a cat have a soul?" which seems to me an easy question, assuming he means "as much of a soul" as ourselves. Hi Ole-I just received the new coven issue# 10. Under news and facts, it says:"On a page like ebay.com there's a lot of shit for sale. If you're uncertain of a bootleg, contact us and we'll find out if it's a phony." I
joined the coven a couple of years ago , before I had a computer, because I wanted videos of KD/MF. Only to find out that the newsletter doesn't offer videos, just t-shirts and pics. Since buying a computer,  I have bought 26 shows and I am currently bidding on a new one. Some of these shows are fucking fantastic quality. I have checked the coven on-line and there are hardly any videos. How can you check if it's a legitimate bootleg when you don't offer any?
