I have been planing this page since I started this website but I just have not been able to put aside the anger in my heart. So I decided to do it this way. I know everybody has an opnion about the break up of SKID ROW, and I hope you want to share it. Please remember that this page is for opinions and NO OPINION IS WRONG. No on will get mad at you for what you say.  I am doing the best I can to make this page interavctive so that it functions by the FANS of SEBASTIAN BACH. I guess I will start with my opinion on the BREAK UP OF SKID ROW.

SKID ROW was my favorite band, a band I lived by. I loved their music, what they stood for, and the "people" themselves. The break up of SKID ROW crushed me. Let me start by saying that as much as I love SEBASTIAN if the other band members had done things right and said they wanted SEBASTIAN out of the band I would have been ok with that no matter what reason they gave. I would NOT have liked it but I would not have the anger that I do now. The other 4 members of SKID ROW FUCKED THEIR FANS OVER! They decided that WE the FANS were not important enough to be told that the band was even having problems.They did not care then nor do they now that WE put them where they were and I for one will not play a part of putting them back. I HAVE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR THE OTHER 4 FORMER SKID ROW MEMBERS. I have so much anger toward them, not for the break up but for they way WE were treated, that I CAN NO LONGER HAVE RESPECT for them. They as much as kicked each and every fan in the teeth and laughed about it. It makes me sick to know that someone WE supported and made RICH can not have one ounce of FEELING  or RESPECT for their FANS. Well ya know what they have lost this one for life. I will NOT ever be able to support them again. EVER. Even if SEBASTIAN was to go back to them I would still NOT support them. I want to stress that SEBASTIAN being kicked out of SKID ROW has nothing to do with my feelings toward the band. I think the way SEBASTIAN was done was very stupid and that they lost the BEST thing that EVER happend to them, but I feel it may have been the BEST thing that could have happened to SEBASTIAN. He is with a great group of guys now that don't try and SCREW him out of everything. They don't try to use HIM to get what THEY want. TO SEBASTIAN: You are the heart and soul of the youth gone wild and you are "THE MOST POWERFUL MAN IN THE WORLD!" YOU ARE TRUE TO YOUR FANS AND TO YOUR MUSIC. YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW REAL PEOPLE LEFT IN THE WORLD TODAY! KEEP ROCKIN' AND NEVER GIVE IN! I WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT YOU BECAUSE YOU DO WHAT YOU BELEIVE IN YOUR HEART.

I was just looking over your web page and I love it!  I must agree with your opinion on Skid Row.  I, too, WAS a die hard Skid fan.  But after watching what they did to Baz over the years, they disgust me.  I have seen them and Baz (solo) 5 times.  The last time I saw him with the other 4, there was definitely something missing.  It was pretty sad that the only people who aknowledged Baz's existence at the show were the fans.  After he played here last December, the reviewer said "The other members of Skid Row better get their act together, fast.  If they don't, they'll be remembered as the 'first' band."  The reviewer was right.  I have no respect for the remaining four. They never stuck their neck out for anything they believed in.  That is what I
admire most about Sebastian.  He does and says whatever he wants and screw anyone who doesn't agree with his freedom of speech.  My philosophy on life exactly!!!  !

 I think that the way the band broke up sucks!!!!  It wouldnt have been so
bad if the other 4 members of Skid Row just came right out and said that
they wanted to QUIT.. but instead they just jerked everyone around,, and
they even turned around and made it seem like Sebastian was the one holding
things up...
Its just so disapointing, after respecting and admiring a band for so long,
to find out that it was all bullshit after all... I think that if they
really meant what they said,, about it being the music that counted,, and
the fans that mattered, they would have been upfront about it from the
start, but they werent,, and now the only thing that Ive heard from any of
them is what Scottie Hill said on AOL... ( a bit defensive arent we??? )..
Well hey,, that IS life,, life without four artist that I used to have faith
in, but no longer do.  Its all just as well though!!  After seeing Sebastian
Bach and his new band, and getting to meet him I know that my faith, respect
and admiration for HIM hasnt been misplaced..  I think he is better off
without the rest of Skid Row!!  He sounds better than Ive ever heard him,,
and he looks like he is having the time of his life and I have no doubt that
he is still gonna be Kicking Ass for the next 10 years........

I TOO AGREE WITH WILDCHILD ABOUT THE OTHER 4 MEMBERS OF SKID ROW NOT
ONLY DID THEY SHATTER BAZ'S DREAMS BUT THEY ALSO SHATTERED THEIR FANS
DREAMS AND KICKED US IN THE FACE.  I SUPPORT SEBASTIAN ALL THE WAY, HE
IS MY INSPIRATION AND SEBASTIAN WOULD NEVER DO WHAT THE OTHER MEMBERS
DID TO THEIR FANS.  FOR RACHEL, DAVE, SCOTTI AND ROB, YOU FUCKED UP WHEN
YOU DID THAT TO SEBASTIAN AND YOUR FANS.  I AM NO LONGER A FAN OF YOURS
THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS IN IT FOR THE FANS WAS SEBASTIAN AND ALL YOU WERE
IN FOR WAS THE MONEY.  YOU WILL CRAWL BACK TO SEBASTIAN BECAUSE HE WAS
THE MAN WHO BROUGHT YOU FAME WITH HIS VOICE.  OZONE MONDAY OR WHATEVER
THE HELL IT IS WILL EAT SHIT AND DIE BECAUSE BAS IS UNREPLACEABLE AND HE

 Here is my personal opinion of the SKID ROW break-up, I do agree with most
of you that we all have been crushed with the SKID ROW break-up!!! I myself
was HURT, DEVASTATED AND BETRAYED for a band i have believed in and meant
the world to me is now GONE!!! At first i was ANGRY and SADDENED the person
i turned to for anwsers was SEBASTIAN BACH, i told him how i felt about the
break-up and asked him to NEVER GIVE UP ON THE SKID ROW MUSIC AND BEING AN
IDOL TO SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, that same night i also e-mail the other
members of SKID ROW expressing my saddness and anger and wanted them to
explain WHY?? WHAT HAPPENED?? to hear their side of the story (NOT THAT I
DIDN"T BELIEVE SEBASTIAN)

Now that months have passed, i look at the break-up differently now i do not
HATE the other members of SKID ROW, my anger has diappeared, although i
still MISS SKID ROW as a FIST that they used to be... I don't blame any of
the members for what happened, i know most of the Skid Row fans are angry
with the other 4 members but without all 5 members of SKID ROW they would of
NEVER been SKID ROW, even tho Sebastian is the voice of the band, how would
of Skid Row existed without Rachel's Bass playing, Scotti and Snake's guitar
playing and Rob's drumming and combinding them together we got the SKID ROW
music and WHAT about how Snake and Rachel wrote most of those songs, you
would not have songs like YOUTH GONE WILD and I REMEMBER YOU and many more
that all the fans LOVE so much!

The last thing i would like to say to everyone i believe in my heart that
SKID ROW will LIVE FOREVER and i will be continuing my support for all 5
members of SKID ROW whatever happens in the FUTURE!!!

 My opinion on the break up of the Skids. I was very dissapointed that
they had broken up, since I loved them from the get go. I was looking
forward to another decade of Skid Row, but that world was shattered when I
heard of the split. But since the split, I think that Sebastian has been
more popular than ever. Sebastian WAS Skid Row. Without him, they are just
a bunch of good musicians. No matter how much I may be angry with them for
treating Baz the way they did, they are still good musicians. I hope that
they find happiness. As for Baz, I got to meet him a couple of times since
he's been solo, and he is none the worse for wear. In fact, I would say
that he is more dynamic than ever! The energy level is incredible!! I think
that's about all I have to say.

I would just like to say that the break up of the BEST BAND tore me apart.  I couldn't go one day without the sound of Sebastians voice ringing in my ear.  I loved SKID ROW since I was about 7 years old.  I fell in love with Sebastian the first time I heard his voice.  I didn't even know what he looked like.  All the songs that SKID ROW had touched me so deeply.  When I found out they broke up, I was so mad because I didn't know why it happened.  I will always be a fan of SKID ROW.  I still can't go a day without hearing at least one song by them.  My walls are still wallpapered with all of their pictures.  You can't see the paint on my wall because it is covered up with SKID ROW posters, etc.  Everyone around me began to not care about them anymore and made fun of me because I still liked them.  I told them where they could go.  Well, I fell like I am the only one in Augusta, GA or even the state of Georgia who still cares about SKID ROW or what used to be SKID ROW.  All I have to say is that Sebastian put so much heart into all of the songs he sung.  I live by most of them.  The other 4 members of SKID ROW lost the best thing that has ever happened to them.  No one can ever fill Sebastian's shoes.  Sebastian, if you are reading this, you are my heart and soul.  Your voice is the most beautiful sound I will ever hear.  I will always love you and your singing.  You rule 'cause you don't care what people say.  You won't let anyone change you or tell you your wrong.  Keep on rockin'.

 My opinion on the breakup of the best band in the world is sorta
 complicated. When I first heard that they had split up, I think it was
 from a friend of mine or something, I was like "ya whatever...that
 just isn't possible". So of course as soon as I got home I jumped on
 and emailed Bas, and well the inevitable had been done, Skid Row was no
 more. Bas hadn't talked to them for like a year and go figured,
 someone you thought was your die hard brother lived like 10 minutes
 away and still you never saw them. I think I actually still told
 myself that no this couldn't be happening. Skid Row was rock solid,
 and as some people say, nothing lasts forever. I spent the next month
 or so waiting for it to happen, for someone to say they're back, and
 even more kick ass than before, only I never heard it. I got pretty
 depressed and kept thinking how could they do that, just say thats it
 Bas see ya later. They obviously have NO idea that without Bas they
 aren't Skid Row...Bas is Skid Row. I know it takes all five of them,
 but not when 4 of them did that. It must of been mutual as if not I
 cant see how it would of happened. Skid Row is about in your face
 fact, its about unity, its about fighting and standing up for
 yourself, none of which the others stand for, Bas alone does. Bas
 takes a person from the lowest low to highest high is moments.
 So when I heard that Bas was still going, cause we all know NOTHING
 keeps someones dreams from coming true but themselves, I was like this
 is it, this is where is Bas is going to "spread his wings" and fucking
 soar. And he's doing just that. He doesn't need anyone but himself and
 his dreams to accomplish everything he wants to. He took what was left
 and made himself into something larger than life. Im not excluding
 Sebastian Bach & FRIENDS, as they are all doing this together, but it
 is his dream to play the music he loves and share it with millions
 around the world and for that I applaud him. I knew he'd do it, just
 still in the back of my mind I was hoping that there was a chance of
 survival with Skid Row, and although yes I'd like to see them get
 together again I also know it'll never be the same. Those boys raised
 me from a young teenager into someone that doesn't take life for
 granted but for what its worth, and Bas has only shown me that again and
 most likely will continue to do it. NOTHING will stop my dreams from
 coming true but ME and me alone, and for that I am completely grateful
 for him.

well i have been a skid
row (sebastian bach)fan since 1989. there is no one that compares to him.
through all the years of being a fan i was never able to see them
(overprotective parents!) then suddenly they weren't even touring by me.
finally this year baz played at c.p.i. in hampton bays NY. i was so psyched! i
didn't even imagine that i'd get to meet him but unlike most musicians he was
nice enough to stay until he talked to each and every one of us. the show was
also great! i pushed myself right up front.
 now about the break up-i think it sucks! not because there's nomore skid row
cause baz has more talent than them and has more respect for the fans. the
only reason it bothers me, is because of the way they treated him. i was mad
enough to
e-mail dave the snake and tell him what i thought.
