These are awesome songs as usual! When I heard "Burn Cycle" it reminded me of a cyberpunk future. Maybe because I own this computer game of the same name which I got for $5 at Electronic Boutique's bargain bin. Whatever. Anyway, it is such an awesome song whose intro reminded me of Blue Oyster's Cult "Here Comes The Reaper." Hey, this song can also be found in another cheap computer game I found: "Ripper" which is also a cyberpunk thriller/mystery. Anyways. Well, basically, "Burn Cycle" is another awesome rockin' tune. In fact, such a song would have been perfect in the soundtrack for that cyberpunk movie "Strange Dreams" or "Hackers" or even the magnificent classic "Blade Runner." Heck, it's damn perfect for any cyberpunk Japanese anime such as "Akira"!
"Every Word Means No" is also an amazingly memorable song. It has a '60 groove to it that has the same funky beats of "Walkin' On The Sun," "Beer Goggles," and "Can't Get Enough Of You Baby." Man, it is just so uncanny as to how the song feels like it is an old track--such as hearing that song in Tom Hank's movie "That Thing You Do."
