SOME STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW

IEPER 1998. August 13/14/15 at the Vort'n'Vis.
Yes the OneFineDay or better, the FineFiveGuys or even better, the FiveFineGays, played there and have to apoligies to anyone who was there during our set.
Actually we got there after a more than 20 hours trip since we had some problem with I.D. 's, Gas and various shits...
Anyway that has been a great esperience and we hope someone enjoyed our gig, otherwise we thanx everyone who was there standing in front of us, waiting for us to play even if we were late, if wehadsome trouble, but as we always say :
we're so fine that everything else is useless!!! Really dumb.
U.K. Allright England and Scotland, the FiveFineGuys have been there from the 1st to the 10th of September 1998. They played 7 shows there and everything has gone really well : from the promoters -> Householdname Records -> Lil and Katherine, Great people we'll never be enough thankful to them. Then there were the guys from Canvas : cool people, cool band, what have we to say more ? Then Sheep our Guide Light around U.K. thank you Again Sheep ! And everyone else helped us and we, as usual, forgot to write.The Bands OneFineDay played with : Canvas, Culture, Abhinanda, Unite, Hard To Swallow and some other we, Sorry, don't remember the name....

Well the Harkonen 7" is OUT and we guess you'll really appreciate it, since it's a great record. Not everyone knows that it's a split release with Unjust records : Well, we'll try to advertise in a better way... it has a little different cover
from the USA version and some new layout.

Also the Ecorche records is OUT : Yes it should have been a 10", but due to lenght problems we had to turn it on a 12". And we also have to apologize because it will be 33rpm so the band asked us to underline the fact that it would have been better on 45 rpm to use in the best way the vynil...

PINS, PINS, PINS !!! -> Yes They're out for Cycle collective, Cycle records and soon OneFineDay.

We'd like to apologize with everyone who waited for the OneFineDay((yes few, but cool people !)to play over Europe in December/January.

1999, April. Finally OneFineDay toured north Europe : People has been great with us. So we got the best tour ever (with our short experience...) . We have to thank overall Stefan and Ludicke from Impression and Bruno and his family from Genet.
Then all the bands we played with and everyone we met there. Yes, th weather has been a bit colder than we're used to meet here in the best country of the World... anyway.

1999, it seems shows aren't so cool lately since from April to October Italy hasn't been touched by so many bands and festival and shows happen not so often... why ?

1999, Well Onefineday played with lots of good bands so far... My hero died today in Milan, Reversal of man in Milan, (thanx to the guys at the Victoria C.S.O.A.), Slovenija etc...
OneFineDay also played 5 shows with Botch in November around Italy : it has been great ! Thanx to everyone who set up the shows with us and to the guys in Botch plus Ben from Harkonen...the tall guy...

Hey finally the Wood cd will be out the 26th November 1999 at the 10 years birthday of Green Records in Padova with Trans megetti, Joshua, Wood etc...

2nd and 3rd Agust 2000. Terni , Italy , Legion fest with GoodCleanFun, Nora, catarct, Almost all the legio bands abd Tradeunion, OneFineDay, From a Dying Sky etc... well It hasn't been that good for us : OneFineDay and Tradeunion get there the second day with a couple hours delay and the guys from Legion told them to play last, after GoodCleanFun , knowing people would leave after the usa bands... anyway we got it and waited, even for long pauses and stuff. At two in the night Good Clean Fund who din't know other bands were going to play after them, finished the show and we asked the legio guys if it was still time to play  and they said to do whatever we wanted, they forgot we had to play and they didn't have money to give us , neither for the gas. So we got upset and Alessio and Giangiacomo, the two bass player (maybe bass is  violent instrument...) almost got kicked by the Macho Legion Guys... nothing we got some money after long discussion and didn't play... IS THIS HARDCORE ?

 Ok you'll find Cycle at the Ieper fest 2000 too. As always we hope to enjoy ourselves and distribute some good stuff , make trades etc... OneFineDay will play this year too and like 1998 we hope to get a good response, also because of our MCD out on Green/Green that seems to sell well. We'd aplogize about the recording quality since it's not that good ,but people seem to like it anyway so thanx.
