Commander Allison Krennick
Andrea Thompson
Commander Allison Krennick was first seen in the first season episode "Defensive Action". In that episode, she was the prosecutor opposing Harm and Meg in the case against the CAG. When she appears again, in Smoked, she has been transferred to Washington and assigned to be Admiral Chegwidden's aide. This made her Harm and Meg's superior officer. Krennick isn't at all shy about showing her interest in Harm. She flirts with him constantly. In Smoked, she accompanied them to Cuba to negotiate the return of a downed plane and pilot (Jack Keeter, who had a suspiciously similar experience in the fourth season ep, The Black Jet.) Krennick and Harm search for an assasin who shot Meg in the episode "Hemlock". In "The Prisoner", Krennick and Meg try to free Harm from his Chinese captors. Krennick appears in two other episodes in the first season, "High Ground" and the never aired season one cliffhanger "Skeleton Crew", which was turned into the third season episode "Deathwatch". She has not been seen after season one (except in flashbacks in the episode "Deathwatch.), nor do we know her whereabouts. font>

Congresswoman Bobbi Latham
Anne-Marie Johnson
Rep. Bobbi Latham first appeared in the third season episode "The Court-Martial of Sandra Gilbert". She proved to be a direct, but fair Congresswoman investigating allegations of adultery involving a female fighter pilot. She also appears to investigate allegations of sexual harassment in the military in the episode "Chains of Command". She also shows up to smooth over a situation with the Italian government after a pilot clips a ski lift cable, causing it to fall (Clipped Wings).
In the fourth season episode "Mr. Rabb Goes to Washington" Harm was assigned to her task force to see if chemical weapons were used by Americans in the Gulf War. While working together, she and Harm share a kiss, but he later breaks off the relationship (People vs. Mac).
Bobbi comes from one of the roughest parts of Detroit. She revealed to Harm that she has plans to run for the Senate (Mr. Rabb Goes to Washington).
Bobbi appears in the fifth season episode "Contemptuous Words" and informs Harm that he is going to get a promotion. She also appears in the fifth season episodes "Mishap" and “Promises.”
In "Ghost of Christmas Past", we also learn that Bobbi bears a striking resemblance to Diana Ross (This is because Anne-Marie Johnson played both roles).
In the sixth season, Bobbi becomes very interested in Harm’s investigation into alleged short cuts in upgrading Navy jets (Flight Risk).
Bobbi also helps Harm get access to the classified file that contains an account of what happened during the massacre the CAG allegedly participated in during Vietnam (A Separate Peace) by convincing Webb it would be in his best interest when funding time comes around to help Harm.
