CLASSIC 80's JIN YONG SERIES

INTRODUCTION

During the 80's TVB made adaptations of all of Jin Yong's major novels. Most of the series were produced for a second time, as the original productions of Jin Yong's work began in the 70's featuring legendary artists such as Adam Cheung, and Gigi Chiu. The Jin Yong adaptions of the 80's were considered to be classics in thier own right. All of the 80's, "Five Tigers", featured in a leading role in one series or another adding to there classic value. Infact all of the "Five Tigers", have appeared at least twice in Jin Yong's adaptations during the 80's. The blend of quality themesongs, and theme music combined with the excellent selection of costumes added to the magic qaulity of the 80's series. Some of the performances by the actors and actresses in the 80's will be hard to top. I have watched, rewatched countless amounts of times since I was eight years old.
