101. Night of the Lizard
Peter Parker and one of his college science professors, Dr. Curt Connors
explore Dr. Stillwell's Neogenics as a method of limb regeneration.
While experimenting on himself, Connors accidentally turns himself
into The Lizard. This half man - half reptile starts to terrorize the city, and
kidnaps his own wife. Spidey is left with the task of stopping
the Lizard, but not hurting his friend who is trapped inside.
102. The Spider Slayer (part 1)
In order to pay off his debt to the crime boss known as The Kingpin, Norman Osborne, (the multi-millionaire) industrialist chairman of Oscorp hires Spencer Smythe, a brilliant robotics engineer to design a powerful robot called a Spider-Slayer to capture and destroy Spider-Man. But when Peter's campus rival, Flash Thompson, puts on a Spider-Man costume as a party gag, he's the one who gets carried away by the deadly cybernetic device.
103. Return of the Spider Slayer (part 2)
The Kingpin coerces Alistair Smythe, Spencer's brilliant son, to extend the limits
of his father's technology and build a new line of robotic Spider-Slayers to finally capture and destroy the man he considers his chief enemy, Spider-Man. In so doing, Alistair also goes after the people he holds responsible for his father's demise, Norman Osborne, Flash Thompson, Eddie Brock and J.Jonah Jameson. As Spidey faces and barely defeats each robot individually, they combine to form one gigantic Tri-Spider-Slayer, with three times the power!
104. The Menace of Mysterio
Calling himself Mysterio, a master of illusion and special effects and masquerades as Spider-Man, committing crimes costumed as the wall-crawler to convince J.Jonah Jameson and the general public that Spidey's gone bad. To prove his innocence, Spider-Man finally tracks the Villain to a shopping mall, then to the top of the Brooklyn Bridge. Finally, with the help of police detective Terry Lee, Spider-Man locates the wizard in an old studio and struggles through a deadly special effects maze to capture him and clear his name.
105. Dr. Octopus : Armed and Dangerous
Otto Octavius, once a respected scientist and inventor, became known as Doctor Octopus when his robotic arm 'Waldoes' became fused to his spine in a laboratory accident. Bitter, and perhaps a bit insane, he kidnaps heiress Felicia Hardy who was on her way out on a date with Peter Parker, and holds her for ransom.
106. The Sting of The Scorpion
J.Jonah Jameson hires Dr.Farley Stillwell, who's developed a new form of genetic engineering to create a super-hero who will capture and unmask Spider-Man. But The Scorpion proves and embarrassment when the man-made monster turns on his makers and embarks on a criminal rampage through Manhattan. Spider-Man uses his scientific expertise as well as his web-slinging to save the day.
107. Kraven the Hunter
Spider-Man finds himself caught in a deadly triangle with a doctor from Africa and
the man who has stalked her to America... Kraven the Hunter. While on safari in Africa, Dr. Mariah Crawford saved Sergei Kravenoff's life with a native potion, but the side effect was worse; Kraven developed prodigious powers that made him a menace to anyone in his path. The Doctor fled Africa and accepted a research position in New York where he followed. Kraven misinterprets Spider-Man's intentions when he prevents him from kidnapping the good doctor and vows to 'hunt' for the man who's stolen his woman's affections.
108. The Alien Costume - Part 1
John Jameson crash lands his space shuttle carrying two strange meteors -- one that could provide a new nuclear fuel, and one that contains an alien substance -- it's Spidey to the rescue. The first meteor is stolen by The Rhino, and when the shuttle falls off the bridge, Spidey emerges from the water with a dark stain covering his costume. Peter discovers he likes the new attitude and augmented powers the new suit gives him, especially the ability to morph into any other costume at will. But when he catches up with the Rhino Spidey discovers his new costume comes with a nasty streak.
109. The Alien Costume - Part 2
With bounty hunters on every corner, Spider-Man angrily goes after the man responsible for the incriminating story, Eddie Brock. Peter confirms his own worst fears.. the new suit has changed him. He seeks help from his biology prof, Dr. Connors, who discovers the suit is alive. The Kingpin sends Smythe's latest creation, The Shocker, to snatch the photos that prove the Rhino's involvement in the meteor theft. After a huge bell-tower battle, Spider-Man finally rids himself of the alien symbiote after the sound-waves 'aggravate the costume into detaching itself... but Eddie Brock accidentally becomes the symbiote's next partner.
110. The Alien Costume - Part 3
The Kingpin's furious he's been bested by the wall-crawler and sends The Shocker and later The Rhino to finish Spidey off one and for all with the aid of another new invention from Alistair Smythe. Meanwhile, Eddie is busy following Spidey as the symbiote creature Venom. Peter discovers that the pumped-up Eddie is stronger as Venom than he is as Spider-Man, and that his spider-sense doesn't work around him. Spidey finally lures Venom to the site of a rocket launch to try and send the symbiote back out of this world.
111. The Hobgoblin - Part 1
Norman Osborne hires hit man and thief, The Hobgoblin, to take out his 'silent' partner, The Kingpin. But when the attempt fails, The Hobgoblin trades sides and kidnaps Norman's son, Harry Osborne from the new penthouse apartment he and his best friend Peter Parker have just occupied.
112. The Hobgoblin - Part 2
When Aunt May is slightly injured by one of the Hobgoblin's pumpkin bombs during Harry's kidnapping, Spider-Man enters the fray with a vengeance. After
several battles, the trail leads Peter back to Oscorp and Harry's own
father. Rescuing his friend is the easy part, explaining how his father
is involved is another.
113. Day of the Chameleon
An international spy and hit man known as The Chameleon is going to
assassinate two major diplomats about to sign a peace treaty ending centuries
of war. S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury asks J.Jonah Jameson's assistance
and takes him into his confidence in order to prevent the human shape-changer
from accomplishing his dirty deed. But only Spider-Man with his 'spider-sense'
can discern who is really whom and stop the criminal before it's too late.
Season Two
201. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 1 : The Insidious Six
The Crime Lords, led by Silvermane, are holding The Kingpin accountable for
his failure to eliminate Spider-Man. So six of the wall-crawler's greatest
enemies are called together to do the job : Doctor Octopus, Mysterio,
The Scorpion, The Rhino, The Shocker, and The Chameleon. Unfortunately,
Spidey's powers have been on the blink due to the changes in his blood
chemistry. Is this the moment the super-villains have been waiting for?
202. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 2 : Battle of The Insidious Six
The six super-villains can't believe their eyes when Spider-Man walks into
their trap at the warehouse. But it's obvious why when they easily overcome
and unmask the fraud. Meanwhile, Silvermane and the Crime Lords grow more
disenchanted with the Kingpin and want to put him out of business. Kingpin
beats them to the punch, kidnapping Silvermane. Can Spider-Man save the day?
203. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 3 : Hydro Man
Mary Jane's former high school boyfriend, Morris Bench has come to town to shower
her with diamonds and pearls. After Mary Jane says no, he begins to stalk her;
so she enlists the aid of Peter Parker. Calling himself Hydro-Man, Bench then
sweeps Mary Jane off her feet in a wave of water, insisting she will love him.
How can Spidey pull the plug on this Liquid Lothario?
204. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 4 : The Mutant Agenda
Spider-Man's progressing Neogenic mutation is making him ill and he seeks the
aid of a man known to help all mutants -- Dr. Charles Xavier. In so doing, he meets the X-men but is disappointed to learn that Xavier does not "cure" mutancy, only helps those born that way accept themselves and control their abilities. Beast follows a disappointed Spidey and tries to help. But when Beast disappears, Wolverine holds Spider-Man accountable.
205. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 5 : Mutant's Revenge
Wolverine catches up with Spider-Man, hot on the trail of Landon. Inside the laboratory, Landon is about the 'dip' Beast in a strange chemical stew, but Spidey and Wolverine crash through the lab wall in the nick of time. When Landon accidentally falls into his own experiment, he metamorphoses into a monster that feeds on electric energy. Can Spider-Man and the X-men succeed in stopping a 50-foot tall former scientist turned ohm-eating menace?
206. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 6 : Morbius
Dr Mariah Crawford has developed a 'cure' for Spidey's disease, but she's reluctant to give an untested serum to Spider-Man that may result in a permanent loss of his powers or worse. But after an angry outburst from Spider-Man, she hands it over. Peter, at the ESU lab, is secretly observed by Michael Morbius, who then swipes the 'infected' blood sample after Peter leaves for the night. Working alone in the campus bell tower with borrowed equipment, Morbius has an accident... Later that night, Spider-Man rescues a student on campus from a Vampire-like creature. A few hours later, an unhappy Felicia hardy tells the Press she suspects Spider-Man is responsible.
207. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 7 : Enter the Punisher
As more ESU students are attacked and stricken with the strange 'plasma disorder', Spider-Man is blamed once again, although it's Morbius feeding on his victim's hemoglobin. Enter Frank Castle, The Punisher, a vigilante who takes out after the "vampire" Spider-Man. Meanwhile, Spidey tracks Morbius, The Living Vampire, to stop his bloody rampage, but this makes Spidey an easy target for The Punisher.
208. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 8 : Duel of the Hunters
Looks like it's curtains for Spider-Man (who's now become a Man-Spider) but he turns the tables on The Punisher and it's the vigilante who barely escapes in his battle van. Meanwhile, Dr. Mariah Crawford summons Kravinoff (Kraven the Hunter) to help her track down the poor Man-Spider to administer the antidote. Unfortunately, when the Man-Spider makes its way to the ESU campus The Punisher is hot on his heels. In the meantime, Aunt May fears her nephew is missing and goes to the Police.
209. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 9 : Blade, The Vampire Hunter
Drawn to New York to track down the Vampire, Blade encounters Spider-Man who he believes is the culprit. But after discovering that his usual weapons do not affect Spidey, Blade reluctantly agrees that Spidey's not the vampire plaguing the city. When Spider-Man reveals that Morbius is the creation of a Neogenic Recombinator experiment gone awry, Blade decides to demolish the scientific equipment. Can Spider-Man prevent the vampire hunter from destroying the Recombinator as well as Michael Morbius?
210. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 10 : The Immortal Vampire
Blade and Spider-Man are forced to put their differences aside. Together they track down Michael Morbius. When Lt. Terri Lee joins the chase, she falls for the vampire hunter in the process. Speaking of romance, Morbius hatches a plan to transform his lady-love, Felicia hardy, into his vampire-mate. Just in time, Blade and Spidey discover Morbius' hideout and interrupt him long enough for Felicia to force him to face the truth.
211. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 11 : Tablet of Time
The legendary Toltec "Tablet of Time" is discovered in Mexico and shipped to New York for study in Doctor Connor's laboratory. The tablet is subsequently stolen by the crime lord Silvermane who wants to use the tablet to regain his youth. Not only is the tablet gone, they've got Doc! Spidey is desperate to rescue him -- since he still needs his Neogenic Recombinator dose every 24 hours...
212. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 12 : Ravages of Time
It's a double cross. Doc Connors warns his captor Silvermane about the tablet, but
Silvermane wont listen and positions the ancient stone in a replica of the Toltec temple. As the sun rises and courses through the stone, the beam engulfs Silvermane. Suddenly, he's young again. Connors fury triggers his own metamorphosis into The Lizard and in the ensuing battle with Tombstone and Spider-Man, Silvermane morphs again, younger and younger until...
213. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 13 : Shriek of the Vulture
While CEO Adrian Toomes is absorbed in regaining his youth, Norman Osborne is
engineering a hostile take over of Toomes Aeronautical. Toomes vows revenge and
takes to the air as The Vulture, armed with youth-absorbing talons that
temporarily makes him young. Meanwhile, on campus, Peter arrives to see Mary Jane
in "Faust", where Henry Osborne is snatched out of the audience by The Vulture.
Spidey rescues Harry, but the Vulture escapes. Later, as Toomes talons grip
Spider-Man's shoulders, Spidey's strength and vitality fade while The Vulture
revels in newfound youth and super strength. To make his victory complete, Toomes
begins to rip off Spidey's mask...
214. Neogenic Nightmare - Chapter 14 : The Final Nightmare
The Vulture has sapped the life-force from Peter, leaving Spidey almost as frail as
Aunt May. Worse yet, the Vulture has also absorbed Peter's Neogenic mutation,
causing Toomes to become the Man-Spider!
Season 3
301. Sins of the Father - Chapter 1 : Dr. Strange
Spider-Man joins forces with Doctor Strange to combat the dreaded Dormammu and
his henchman, Baron Mordo, who runs the suspicious cult that Mary Jane had
joined in her search for her father.
302. Sins of the Father - Chapter 2 : Make a Wish
Spidey takes a beating from the Press after a battle with Doctor Octopus destroys
a medical research building. He vows to quit the hero-biz. When the mysterious
Madame Web introduces Spidey to a little girl, Taina, who has always wanted to
meet her hero, the girl gets an adventure of a lifetime when suddenly Spidey can't
remember who he is... and becomes a henchman to Doc Ock!
303. Sins of the Father - Chapter 3 : Attack of the Octobot
When Taina escapes Doc Ock, she does her best to convince everyone that Spidey is just a slightly confused good guy -- but a good guy none the less. Taina gets no help until she jumps into the taxi cab driven by Mousie. Mousie believes the little girl, and recruits her cab-driving buddies to help save the web-slinger.
304. Sins of the Father - Chapter 4 : Enter the Green Goblin
Norman Osborne is the victim of an industrial accident at Oscorp and presumed dead. This leaves his son, Harry, a head of the company. Suddenly, a villain calling himself the Green Goblin begins taking the Oscorp board of directors hostage -- one by one. Although Harry is acting strangely, neither Peter or Mary Jane want to believe he could be behind this.
305. Sins of the Father - Chapter 5 : Rocket Racer
Under Peter's tutelage, inner-city student Robert Farrell hones his scientific skills. But when Robert discovers the technology invented by a criminal called The Big Wheel and adapts it to improve his own skateboard, big trouble follows. Thank goodness Spidey has also followed Robert's progress.
306. Sins of the Father - Chapter 6 : Framed
Peter is accused of espionage when he is framed by the Kingpin's son, Richard Fisk. Peter is scheduled to go to trial and be defended by blind attorney Matt Murdoch (secretly the crime fighter Daredevil). But when Spider-Man and the Daredevil meet at Fisk's plant, each trying to secure evidence to free Peter, they are both caught in an explosion...
307. Sins of the Father - Chapter 7 : The Man Without Fear
Spider-Man saves Daredevil from the ensuing fire and learns the true identity of the Kingpin. Daredevil and Spidey decide to team up to clear Peter's name, and foil the criminal mastermind -- and the real culprit.
308. Sins of the Father - Chapter 8 : Ultimate Slayer
Alistair Smythe is transformed into a half-cyborg, half-mutant creature by Herbert Landon, mutant researcher now in the employ of Kingpin. With their help. Smythe intends to become the ultimate Spider-Slayer. But they soon discover that Smythe has a mind and an agenda all his own...
309. Sins of the Father - Chapter 9 : Tombstone
Robbie Robertson is losing his son, Randy, to a gang of thugs lead by Tombstone. When this harder-than-stone hit man tries to use his history with Robbie to kill a story about his new boss, Alicia Silvermane, he runs afoul of Spider-Man. Both discover Robbie's bond with his child and his ethical resolve is mightier than super-strength.
310. Sins of the Father - Chapter 10 : Venom Returns
Under the psychiatric care of Dr. Kafka, Eddie Brock has come to believe that Venom is a figment of his imagination. Then Baron Mordo approaches him to do the bidding of Dormammu. The evil entity seeks the portal technology to come to Earth's dimension. Then Mordo tempts Eddie -- reunification with the alien symbiote that makes him powerful as Venom.
311. Sins of the Father - Chapter 11 : Carnage
Baron Mordo and Dormammu help Eddie's cell mate, mass murderer Cletus Kassidy become an alien symbiote. Kassidy dubs himself Carnage. Now with two powerful symbiotes at his disposal, Dormammu attempts to utilize the interdimensional portal. But when Carnage threatens Venom's beloved Dr. Kafka, will Venom turn the tables and fight with Spidey?
312. Sins of the Father - Chapter 12 : The Spot
Ex-employee of Stark Industries, Dr. Jonathan Ohm, invents a portable interdimensional technology that accidentally makes him the living embodiment of a portal. Calling himself The Spot, he tries to steal money to fund his research. But his unstable invention has created a vortex that threatens to engulf New York. How can Spidey fight that?
313. Sins of the Father - Chapter 13 : Goblin War
When Dr. Ohm's Time Dilation Accelerator falls into the wrong hands all the criminal minds of the city vie for the portal technology. Peter and Mary Jane are celebrating Felicia Hardy's engagement to Jason McEndale when they overhear plans for a major heist they must stop right then!
314. Sins of the Father - Chapter 14 : Turning Point
With the portal unit in the Green Goblin's hands, Norman Osborne baits Peter Parker to become Spider-Man to fight him off. Meanwhile, the Green Goblin kidnaps Mary Jane and flies to the top of the Brooklyn Bridge.... what next?
Season 4
401. Partners in Danger - Chapter 1 : Guilty
It looks bad for Robbie Robertson when he's arrested at the scene of a crime. Spider-Man is responsible for catching Robbie in the act, but can't believe he's really guilty, but he's convicted by testimony from his 'gang-mates'. Peter Parker and J.Jonah Jameson try to prove his innocence, and discover that Robbie's been set up by Richard Fisk.
402. Partners in Danger - Chapter 2 : The Cat
When Felicia Hardy discovers her Mother is being blackmailed by Doc Ock, she
realizes there are family secrets she does not know. Spidey drops by to have a heart-to-heart with Felicia and runs the villain off, but Mrs. Hardy seems less than grateful. When Peter Parker matches Felicia's father's picture with an old newspaper photo, Mrs. Hardy reveals the truth to Felicia -- her father was a Cat Burglar, and that's where the families money comes from. Meanwhile, Kingpin convinces Doc Ock to join his team, and the Insidious Six gang springs The Cat from his S.H.I.E.L.D. cell with the Chameleon taking his place.
403. Partners in Danger - Chapter 3 : The Black Cat
John Hardy is forced to reveal the 'Super-Soldier' formula to the Kingpin and his scientist henchman Herbert Landon who use Felicia Hardy as a guinea pig. She undergoes a transformation to become the Black Cat. Her first task results in a tangle with Spidey.
404. Partners in Danger - Chapter 4 : Return of the Kraven
Strange things are going on in Manhattan -- a wild creature is attacking citizens -- and clues suggest to Spidey it might be Kraven, The Hunter. The Black Cat tries to convince Spidey he needs a partner. They discover that it's not Kraven, but really a transformed Dr. Crawford, who when given the serum that changed Kraven, becomes Calypso.
405. Partners in Danger - Chapter 5 : Partners
Black Cat wants Spidey to make it official - as her partner. But no sooner does he
agree when Alistair Smythe overpowers them and takes her captive! Now in the employ of 'Baby' Silvermane, Smythe holds Cat hostage so Spider-Man will do his bidding. Spidey's quest is to find either the missing Scorpion of The Vulture (samples of Neogenic engineering) so that 'Baby' can use it to bring himself back to adulthood.
406. Partners in Danger - Chapter 6 : The Awakening
Debra Whitman is intent on discovering the whereabouts of Michael Morbius, better
known as the Living Vampire. She upsets almost everyone by rescuing the plasma-sucker from his Cave by sea, and then announces her plan to use Doc Connor's Neogenic Recombinator to revive him.
407. Partners in Danger - Chapter 7 : The Vampire Queen
In Latveria, Blade, The Vampire Hunter continues his fight and goes after the Vampire Queen, only to discover it's his mother, Miriam. She escapes to New York, where she tries to beguile the now revived Morbius into revealing his knowledge of the Neogenic Recombinator, which she wants to use to create more vampires.
408. Partners in Danger - Chapter 8 : Return of the Green Goblin
Harry Osborne becomes delusional, thinking he's talking to the missing Green Goblin, and becomes the Green Goblin controlled by his Father from another dimension. Spidey goes after the 'returned' Green Goblin, only to discover it's Harry, but the Goblin escapes. Spidey and the Punisher then go searching for the Green Goblin around New York.
409. Partners in Danger - Chapter 9 : The Haunting of Mary Jane Watson
Mary Jane finally gets her big break in recreating the movie roll made famous by an actress named Miranda Wilson. Miranda mysteriously disappeared following a stunt gone wrong in the original movie (the stunt sent Quenton Beck aka Mysterio to jail). Everyone believes Miranda is dead. When Mary Jane starts hearing voices, she's convinced her long-lost father has come back, but instead finds herself trapped in the catacombs below Wonder Studios in the clutches of the now crazy, hideously scarred Miranda. Spidey goes after Mary Jane, and after barely getting them out alive, Mary Jane tells him she loves a boy named Peter Parker, to which Spidey takes off his mask....
410. Partners in Danger - Chapter 10 : Lizard King
Peter proposes and Mary Jane accepts. While asking Doc Connors to give her away at the wedding, they are interrupted by three giant lizards who claim the Doc is their father and kidnap him. Doc becomes the Lizard again, and Spidey has to fight the battle of his life against the now more powerful Lizard King.
411. Partners in Danger - Chapter 11 : Prowler
While Peter and Mary Jane are looking for an apartment they are mugged, and Spidey goes after the crook, leaving him strung up for the cops. The crook, Hobie get's tangled up with Richard Fisk and the Kingpin while in jail, but in the end asks Spidey to help him. Spider-Man and Hobie team up against the Kingpin, so Hobie can have a chance at returning to a normal 'good' life.
Season 5
501. Wedding
Peter and MJ are ready to tie the knot. But their plans are interrupted when The Scorpion arrives and kidnaps Aunt May. Spidey gives chase and gets Aunt May back, but wonders if the fates are trying to tell him something... Then when the big day arrives -- the wedding of Peter and Mary Jane -- the Green Goblin shows up right in the middle of the ceremony, and grabs Mary Jane!
502. Six Forgotten Warriors - Chapter 1 : Six Forgotten Warriors
After a visit from an "old friend" of the family, Peter travels to Russia to investigate the mystery of his parents disappearance, and runs into some old friends!
503. Six Forgotten Warriors - Chapter 2 : Unclaimed Legacy
Still in Russia, Peter discovers that searching for clues to his family past isn't easy when he has to battle the Chameleon, the Insidious Six, AND Red Skull!
504. Six Forgotten Warriors - Chapter 3 : Secrets of the Six
Back in the USA, Peter reflects on the story of the Six American Warriors from WWII who discovered the Red Skull had developed a Doomsday Device. Now, years later,
Kingpin has all but figured out how to unlock the device!
505. Six Forgotten Warriors - Chapter 4 : The Six Fight Again
The Chameleon opens a dimensional portal, allowing a 50 year old battle to continue in the present.
506. Six Forgotten Warriors - Chapter 5 : The Price of Heroism
The battle has now made it to the floor of the United Nations. Can Spidey destroy
the complex and save the world?
507. The Return of Hydro-Man - Part 1
Mary Jane and Peter arrive in Niagara Falls for their postponed honeymoon, but
it is soon interrupted when Hydro-Man returns and kidnaps MJ!
508. The Return of Hydro-Man - Part 2
There's no answer for MJ's new found powers, until Spidey follows Hydro-Man to
his under-water lab.... only is it the real MJ?
509. Secret Wars - Chapter 1 : Arrival
Madame Web sends Spidey to an alien world, where he's told he must past a
test which includes summoning a group of the greatest villains from Earth to this world, and a group of the heroes of his choosing to fight them.
510. Secret Wars - Chapter 2 : The Gauntlet of the Red Skull
Spidey summons the Black Cat from earth, who despite her anger at being kidnapped,
decides to help him fight the villains on the alien planet.
511. Secret Wars - Chapter 3 : Doom
The battle continues between the villains and the heroes, with Spidey stuck right in the middle.
512. Spider Wars - Chapter 1 : I Really, Really Hate Clones
Spider-Man finds himself in yet another dimension, where he meets .... himself!
513. Spider Wars - Chapter 2 : Farewell, Spider-Man
Madam Web informs Spidey that he has teleported to yet another dimension,
where he must still try to stop the destruction of the Universe and all realities.
