Rep Mica is meeting with CSX to work on a plan to reroute or resched CSX rail traffic. This does not mean the elimnation of trains. It does mean that trains may be rerouted via the S line or via another route (build a freight by pass?) It would only impact CSX long freights. Amtrak would still run and the route would be opened up to possible commuter rail.
