Welcome to the Hawaii Aviation History Pages.  The purpose of this site is to preserve the unique history of aviation in the State of Hawaii.  Hawaiian Aviation History is always searching for more information and images that keep the memories of the past alive in the present.  If you have information about any facet of Aviation or World War II in Hawaii please contact Hawaiian Aviation History.  Below is chart showing most of the former and current airport sites on O'ahu.  The runways reflect the 1940's and 1950's configurations.  Eventually all of these airports will have a page dedicated to them.

Island Seaplane Service offers both great sight seeing tours as well as the best seaplane instruction available.  UND Aerospace has also just opened up a satellite flight training center in Hawaii as well.  The will provide you with the best instruction on wheels that is available in the Pacific.  All the companies above are those that I personally recommend because I have either worked for or with them.  Hawaiian Aviation History contains no advertisements other than those inserted by GeoCities.
