In the spirit of one of my favourite tv networks, (the Food Network...I'm not kidding, honest!) I have decided to make this one an "EATING GAME"!  For those of you who live under a rock, Emeril Lagasse is one of the Food Network's most popular hosts...I like to watch his show on a nightly basis!

Drink when Emeril:

• uses cast iron

• his band matches the theme of the show
• exaggerates about the amount of garlic he uses (50 cloves!)
• says "I don't know where you get your ___________, but where I get mine, it doesn't come seasoned!"

• improvises when he can't find a gadget (using a pan as a meat tenderizer)
• shows a display of related items to the theme at the beginning of the show
