This is not the first Sailor Moon ring or the last. Nor is it the first Sailor Venus Ring. With your help we can make it a really good one.
This webring is for Sailor Moon pages that have at least a little bit of information on Sailor Venus. It doesn't have to be much, just enough so that people know she is a Sailor Scout. Or (of course) you can have more info on Sailor Venus. This webring is just for people that are fans of Sailor Venus. You don't have to love her but you have to like her.

Here are some reasons why Sailor Venus is the Best.
• She has her own manga (Codename Sailor V)
• She was the first Sailor Senshi
• She is totally cool
• Many people think of her as the backbone of the Sailor Scouts
• She is friendly, pretty and always kind to other people
• She'll do anything for her friends

Here are the rules that you have to qualify for to enter my ring. Anyone who doesn't meet my regulations will be deleted A.S.A.P.
1. NO HENTAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. You must be at least a fan of Sailor Venus/Sailor V/Mina/Minako
3. You have to have a little section of Sailor Venus (at least something that says she is a Sailor Scout) or more.
4. You must have the HTML code on your page or have E-Mailed me on why you don't have it.

Now all you have to do is fill out the form and put the HTML Fragment, that you get in the mail, on your page. The E-Mail and Name and ID# should be filled in for you, but if it's not, just do it yourself.
