To join the Moonbeam Club, you must keep this in mind:

1. You MUST be a Sailor Moon fan!

2. You should have a Sailor Moon page of some sort, but I will NOT allow any hentai or Anti-Sailor Moon sites. Image galleries and character shrines...not to mention other clubs...will be fine. If you don't have an SM page, that's okay! You can still pick a badge to print out

Be sure you fill out the form completely. Only one form per e-mail address, please. And put your full e-mail address in if you're using AOL, I don't like just screen names

* It would be helpful to check the Member List to see if the name you chose isn't taken!

*If you would like a job, you can choose one from the Job List. Please state what kind of job you would like to do, it would be great to see that every member is participating in club activities (plus it's very important)

Finally, be patient if you don't see your name on the member list! I get a lot forms per day, and in between my part-time job and school, I find that I don't get enough time to process them all
