Korean Recipe for Pork and Crab Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cooked pork (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (flaked)
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 cup spring onions (chopped)
- salt to taste

To prepare:
- Heat oil in wok
- Add in ginger, garlic, crab and pork at once
- Stir-fry till very hot, add in rice and continue to stir-fry till rice is fried
- Add in spring onions, sprinkle salt over
- Toss well to mix
- Add more salt if prefer
- Serve immediately
