Free Chinese Recipe for Vegetarian cooking of chinese cabbage

INGREDIENTS FOR THIS CHINESE VEGETARIAN DISH
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage leaves
- 3 tbs light soy sauce
- 3 cups lightly salted water
- 4 spring onions - finely sliced
- 1 red birdeye chillie - thinly sliced
- 2 tbs peanut oil
- 1 tbs sesame or chillie oil

To prepare:
- Cut larger cabbage leaves across into 3 sections
- Drop into a saucepan of boiling salted water for 1 minute
- Remove, drain and dry
- Place leaves on serving plate
- Drizzle soy sauce over leaves and scatter spring onions and chillies on top
- Heat peanut and sesame oil in pan til very hot but not smoking
- Pour hot oil over cabbage
- Serve immediately
This is easily one of the most simple Chinese dish to make if you have one of those days when you don't really want to cook or make anything. Napa Cabbage or Bok Choi/Siew Choi works just as well.
