Indian Dessert Recipe for Mint Raita

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups plain organic yoghurt
  • 5 tbsp dried mint leaves (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
  • dash of kosher salt
  • few pieces of fresh mint (for garnish) - optional

To prepare:

  • Using a bowl, whisk the yoghurt with the salt and cumin powder
  • Add in the dried mint leaves
  • Leave refrigerated for 1/2 hour
  • Sprinkle the mint leaves

TIP: You can serve this dish as an accompaniment to any dish.
