Indian Recipes for Cooking Fish Moilee
INGREDIENTS
- 600 gm fish fillets
- 50 ml oil
- 6 green cardamom (choti elichi)
- 2 curry leaves
- 4 to 5 green chillies (cut into slices)
- 10 gm ginger (chopped)
- 15 gm garlic (chiopped)
- 100 gm onions (chopped)
- 3 gm tumeric powder (haldi)
- 500 ml coconut milk
- Salt to taste

To prepare:
- Heat oil in wok (kadhai), add cardamom, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and garlic
- Stir fry for 1 min
- Add onions, saute till transparent
- Stir in turmeric, fish fillet and coconut milk, cook for 15 to 20 mins
- Season with salt, bring to boil and simmer for 8 to 10 mins or till fish is cooked
- Transfer to a serving dish, serve hot, accompanied by rice and green salad
