INGREDIENTS

  • 300gms ginger and garlic cloves

To prepare:

  • Soak overnight to soften skin of garlic and ginger
  • Peel and chop roughly
  • Process until pulped
  • Pulp can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for 4 to 6 weeks
TIP: This paste is great as a base for any Indian curry dish.
