Indian Vegetarian Recipe for Green Chili Paste
INGREDIENTS
- 330gm green chili (if prefer greater quantity, add more)

To prepare:
- Wash chilli well
- Remove seeds otherwise leave leave chilli alone if you prefer heat
- Chop roughly
- Process in processor until pulped
TIP: Great as a dipping dish. You can serve this on the side with either appetizers or dinner entrees. This dipping sauce can be made spicy or mild, depending on your desire. Feel free to experiment and add different spices. Another great idea is to add cocunut to this vegetarian chilli dip.
