Korean Seasoned Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium sized potatoes (any kind will do)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic (minced well)
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 to 2 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp scallion (minced)

To prepare:
- Peel potatoes and slice into match stick pieces,
placing in cold water to prevent browning.
- Drain and
place in saucepan with just enough water to barely
cover potatoes.
- Bring to boil and cook just until
tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic,
sesame seeds, sesame oil and scallion.
- Drain cooked
potatoes well and add to soy sauce mixture, tossing
well.
