Chinese Vegetarian Recipe For Pok choi and Mushroom
Enjoy this free chinese vegeatarian recipe for preparing chinese foods such as Pok Choi and Bok Choi. These delicious vegetables are great for your health, and best of all, following this recipe you can cook a delicious vegeterian meal.
INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETARIAN CHINESE FOOD POK CHOI
- 4 dried black Chinese mushrooms
- 450 gm pok choi
- 50 gm oyster mushrooms
- 50 gm shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove - crushed
- 2 tbs oyster sauce

To prepare:
- Place dried Chinese mushrooms in a small bowl and pour in 2/3 cups boiling water
- Leave for 15 minutes to allow softening
- Tear pok choi into bite size pieces with fingers
- Cut oysters and shiitake mushrooms into halves
- Strain Chinese mushrooms
- Heat wok and add oil
- Add garlic and pok choi, stir fry for 1 minute
- Mix in all mushrooms and stir fry for another minute
- Add in oyster sauce, toss well and serve immediately
Optional chinese vegetable include bok choi.
