Chinese Recipe for Har Gow Recipe or Prawn Dumplings Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 250g raw prawns (chopped)
- 2 tbsp water chestnuts (chopped)
- 2 spring onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 40 wonton wrappers
This recipe will make about 40 dumplings.

To prepare:
- Combine prawns with water chestnuts, spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl
- Place a tsp of filling in the centre of the wonton wrapper
- Brush edges with water and gather up to form a parcel
- Repeat with rest of mixture and wrappers
- Steam for 20 minutes
- Serve with soy sauce or spicy chilli sauce
