Korean Barbeque Tofu

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tofu bar
  • 1 carrot - chopped
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds - toasted
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 6 tsp sugar or sweetener
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • A little water
Mix together: for marinating sauce

To prepare:

  • Cut tofu in strips 1/2 inch thick and marinate in sauce
  • Fry tofu in 1 tsp oil til light brown
  • Set aside
  • Fry garlic in remainder oil then tossed in carrot and Chinese cabbage
  • Add in tofu, mixing gently
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot

Optional: use vegetables of your choice
