Korean Barbeque Tofu
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tofu bar
- 1 carrot - chopped
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove - minced
- 1 tbs sesame seeds - toasted
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 6 tsp sugar or sweetener
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp onion powder
- A little water
Mix together: for marinating sauce

To prepare:
- Cut tofu in strips 1/2 inch thick and marinate in sauce
- Fry tofu in 1 tsp oil til light brown
- Set aside
- Fry garlic in remainder oil then tossed in carrot and Chinese cabbage
- Add in tofu, mixing gently
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot
Optional: use vegetables of your choice
