Japanese Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
- 120 mL cup white vinegar
- 60 mL salad oil
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tsp grilled white sesame seeds
- a couple of dashes of MSG (optional but recommended)
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 punnet alfalfa sprouts
- 1 coral lettuce
For authentic flavour, use Japanese products.

To prepare:
- Mix vinegar, oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds and MSG in a bowl
- Tear all vegetables into salad size bites
- Arrange salad into bowl
- Pour vinagerette on salad and do not toss
- Serve as an appetizer or side dish
