This is a list of figures that really need to be made into AAAF's! Let's all start an e-mailing campaign to toy stores petitioning them to create these figures.

 

Bruce Lee

Oh yeah, I just came across these cool new Bruce Lee figures at www.diamondcomics.com! Of course, if they handle these the same way they handled the Jackie Chan figure (see below), then we'll never see them. Check them out at: Bruce Lee 8" and Bruce Lee Little BigHead. 

 

Jackie Chan

Apparently,  www.diamondcomics.com is no longer offering a pre-order to the elusive Jackie Chan figure. On top of this, Palisades Marketing, the company manufacturing the Jackie Chan figure, has pushed back the release date once again. So for the time being, no plastic Jackie Chan, but I'll keep you informed as soon as I hear anything.

 

Nurse Alysa Ogawa from Star Trek:TNG

This is Beverly Crusher's trusted medical sidekick played by Patty Yasutake. I think Playmates can spare to make her into an AAAF, no?

 

Demora Sulu

This is Captain Hikaru Sulu's daughter who served on the Enterprise B seen in the movie Star Trek: Generations. She is played by Jacqueline Kim.

George Takei had every right to demand some type of promotion before he appeared in any other Star Trek movies, and he got one, to Captain on the most technologically-advanced Star Ship in the galaxy, the U.S.S. Excelsior. Now I think we should see an AAAF of him, no?

 

Michelle Kwan and Kristi Yamaguchi

These are two prominent Asian American Figure Skaters that are worthy of a Starting Lineup or the like. Actually, a company called Salvino's already makes a statuette of Kristi, but they are too expensive for my wallet. 8-)

 

Tiger Woods

Now here's someone who is redefining professional golf. Some people have already created custom Tiger Wood action figures, but I think there will be a SLU of him down the road. Check out his site at www.tigerwoods.com.

 

Se Ri Pak and Jenny Chuasiriporn

These are two women's professional golf phenoms. Check out their sites: seripak.samsung.com and www.goduke.com/teams/wgol/bios/jenny_chuasiriporn.html. Again, I think that Kenner can make some money off these two golfers.
