Tarcy Su is a Chinese singer from Taiwan who sings mostly in Mandarin but has done some Cantonese CDs. She is very popular in Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. Things that make her so loveable are her cute, innocent face and her ability to sing. You can notice that when she sings, her words are clear and well announciated.  This is a very simple page dedicated to my one and only popular idol, Tarcy.
