I personally think the word "lady" sounds way better than "concubine" does. Since he is the emperor, he knows Kun-fu and he is also very literate. He is an excellent hunter and chess player(I think the only reason why he is such a great hunter and chess player is because no one dares to win him. No one dares to upset the emperor not even his wives and children. Imagine how scary that would be)! He is the only one in China that can get whatever he wants.
