I, David Allman, nor the owner of the website, K. Dani Davis, shall be held responsible for any misuse of the above items. We wish to state that this web-site is not a challenge against Pioneer, but was created to foster further attention for Tenchi Muyo, and anime in general. Should Pioneer have any problems with the web-site, I will close it until an agreement can be made between us. However, since this is a non-profit site, I feel that the entire site may be considered as free advertisement for Pioneer, and hope that they will see it that way. Should we be unable to come to an agreement, the website will be closed permanently.
