Verse 3:3 through 4:17 have a back and forth discussion between Hashem and Moshe Rabenu. They take turns speaking, so the sentences alternately begin with Hashem says and then Moshe Rabenu says, and then Hashem says again. It can be difficult to keep track of the trop in such a situation, but here's a hint:
Only Two of the verses - 3:15 and 4:6 - include the word OD, and only those two sentences begin with the same outstanding trope: Tlisha ktana. Before reading each of these sentences, quickly scan for the word OD, and at least with those two verses you won't make a mistake.
