In 28:27 it saya Uvaafolim, but it is read Uvatchorim. Two sentences later, 28:30, it says
Yishgalena, and it is read Yishkavena. Before reading the last Pasuk of the Sefer, the reader should pause, and give the congregation a chance to get up and make noise, and only when everything has quieted down should he start reading.
