In the second sentence of the Parasha - 19:2 - make sure to say Fara and not Para. Throughout the first Aliya the Bet in the word Vechibess has a Segol rather than the Tsereh that would be expected in modern Hebrew.
20:1 - The word Ha'eda has an unusual combination of trope: a Pashta followed by a Munach in the same word.
