You are listening to Ravel's Pavane pour une Infante Defunte

In memory of my faithful, loving furry friends who are now frolicking in the clouds of Heaven ...

My beloved "daughter" Pearl left us on the 27th October, 1994 at the age of two and a half months. She was an affectionate, adorable little girl, and she will always be so in my mind... Pearl, I love you forever.

Treasure is the first cat my parents and I adopted in Montreal. Treasure was handed to us by an attendant in the parking lot in Chinatown, who didn't know what to do with a tiny kitten (Treasure was just a few weeks old then). Treasure has been the most heavyweight animal in our household - he weighed 32 pounds! Treasure left us on the 6th February, 1997 due to renal, and liver failure.

This is our old faithful Pekingese Lanny who grew up with me in Hong Kong. I loved to call her Little Meat because I liked to squeeze the two pieces of "meat" at her muzzle. It is furry and soft, just like a soft velvety ball. Little Meat was born in around April, 1976 in Hong Kong. She was adopted by God in September 1988, just one year before moving to Canada with us at the good old age of 12. I used to play house, chase, and other very physically demanding games with her as a puppy. She is really a faithful companion with a strong personality.

Also in memory of Big Min, the first baby of Min Min, who failed to survive the trauma of coming to this world. Unfortunately, we don't have a picture of Big Min - but I would envision that she/he might grow up to look like his/her siblings Little Min and Little Bub. And to all my other former furry friends, turtles, frogs, chicks, ducklings, tadpoles, and others animals that have ever existed ...
