Please Follow These Simple Guidelines:

1.  Please email the following information to us:

• Your E-mail address

• Your URL

• How did you hear about Martha's Kitchen?

• The Deceased Mother You Would Like To Remember

• Her Date of Birth

• Her Date of Death

• Survivors You Would Like Mentioned

• Type of Adornment (Flowers, Cross, Star of David)

2.  Submit each request only one time.  You will receive an email to notify you when            your loved  one has been added to Martha's Memorial Garden.  Please allow up to        two weeks for your memorial to be posted to the site.

3.  Since Martha's Kitchen is the site for motherless daughters, we regret that only            memorials to mothers will be included in Martha's Memorial Garden.  Please                  remember that although the deceased must be someone's mother, she need not be          your own.  You may remember your grandmother, an aunt, a friend, or any          woman who has had the honor and privilege to be a mother during her lifetime.

4. Martha's Kitchen reserves the right to refuse any submission at any time for any           reason and cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in           content submitted.
